Tongkatali.org - Black ginger is an amazing herb

By Serge Kreutz

Black ginger is an amazing herb. It has so many health benefits. It's protective against diabetes and obesity, it's a true aphrodisiac, making relationships much better. And it even can revert cognitive impairment (dementia).

This is all scientifically proven. Just check the Medline database of the National Institutes of Health of the US government. There you can find many scientific studies. But you will have to use the scientific Latin name for searching Medline. The scientific name of the plant is Kaempferia parviflora.

This plant has so many names. It is also called black galingale or galangale. And then there is the name krachai dam. That is the official transcription of the Thai characters. But in English, krachai dam is also spelled krachai dum, or kra chai dam, or grachai dam or dum. The names of this plant are really quite confusing. We stick mostly to black ginger.

Most of the benefits of black ginger are related to the plant's content of phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Yeah, phosphodiesterase inhibitors. That's the stuff medications for erectile dysfunction are made of.

Phosphodiesterase inhibitors stop phosphodiesterase from breaking down cGMP and cAMP. The last two prevent the constriction of blood vessels.

There are so many diseases in modern humans that are all related to the constriction of blood vessels: high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, erectile dysfunction, diabetes, and even premature aging.

Keep the blood flowing! This is an essential physiological function. And this is where black ginger is of help. Consume it generously, every day of the year. Make it a tea. Add it to coffee. Put it in any sauce. Even to backed sweets. While the flavor of black ginger isn't as strong as that of yellow ginger, it never destroys the flavor of the dish where you add it. Using 100 grams per day in various forms won't have ill effects.

And if you are involved in competitive sports, you have an extra reason to use black ginger. Numerous studies have shown that it increases physical strength and endurance. Check Medline.

The plant is always used in camps of Thai kick boxers. Obviously, more blood flow to muscles increases strength. And the plant has even been named scientifically for this application, the use in kick boxing. Kaempfer is the German word for fighter, and kaempferia is the Latinized version. So, in common language, Kaempferia parviflora is just Fighter's parviflora.

Keep the blood flowing! What we mean is: inside your blood vessels. Not: from the wounds of your enemies.

Keep the blood flowing inside your arteries and veins. For a better oxygen supply to your muscles and heart, and, of course, for better erections.

Buying tongkat ali? Better be careful with your health

Sumatra Pasak Bumi is a government-supervised facility, authorized to sell herbals with medical applications.

In particular, our 1:200 Indonesian tongkat ali extract has undergone a licensing process that has taken years to complete, first between 2000 and 2005, and again after 2015, when the Indonesian government implemented new, very strict regulations. See below the latest license for our 1:200 tongkat ali extract. It is issued by the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, the Indonesian equivalent of the American FDA. In Indonesia, this Nomor POM is colloquially still referred to by the previous of such a license, Nomor Depkes (an acronym for Departemen Kesehatan = Department of Health).

Large photo

For us, the number of tests and studies necessary to obtain a Nomor POM has run into hundreds of thousands of US dollars.

Should you care?

Yes, because this licensing process is for YOUR health and safety. We wouldn't spend hundreds of thousands of US dollars on licenses and lab testing and then sell you some junk. We sell what we have been licensed to sell. Genuine Indonesian 1:200 tongkat ali extract.

Anybody else can easily set up a website claiming to be a tongkat ali or herbals company. They can also claim to sell 1:200 tongkat ali extract... presumably the same extract that we produce, and for which we hold a government license. However, any tongkat ali product that is branded 1:200, but not produced by us, is simply a fake. Be especially suspicious of spam that emphasizes "natural" in their naming.

Any scammer in a rented flat can claim (and they do claim) to be the world's number 1 supplier of tongkat ali... or to offer the best tongkat ali for the last decade.

I am sure, you have come across such lines.

All bullshit.

The two worst tongkat ali scammers (one is Chinese, one is Arabic Spanish) are run out of flats in Singapore. Another is Scottish. Check their contact-us pages.

Because Singapore has such a miserable reputation as the world's fake medicine hub, Singaporean scammers have set up company fronts in the USA, which is easy to do and costs almost nothing. They have also joined some herbals groupings to obtain graphics that look like seals of approval.

Do you really want to entrust your health, your safety, and your life with scammers? Then buy their wares which may be tongkat ali or not even tongkat ali at all. Even if these wares contain tonkat ali plant parts, it's never, never 1:200.

If you care for your health, and so you should, ask those who offer Indonesian tongkat ali on the web for a Nomor POM (the permit number from the Indonesian Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan... the equivalent of the US FDA). They will give you loads of excuses why they don't have on. Of course they talk a lot.

The bottom line is: if an Internet operation can't be bothered to get their product tested by government laboratories, don't put your health into their hands (or their purse).

Tongkatali.org's Homeopathic food

By Serge Kreutz

Homeopathy is a branch of alternative medicine which assumes a curing effect from an alleged memory of water.

Homeopathy, furthermore, is based on the idea that substances that induce a condition similar to a disease can, in very small dosages, cure this disease.

This idea is derived from the well-established mechanism of negative feedback regulation of any animal’s, including humans’, hormonal (endocrine) system.

For example, the first effect of high testosterone is that the body down-regulates testosterone synthesis. And it works like this with all hormones.

Homeopaths call this the law of similars, which is, however, not a law of nature but just a conclusion from some observations.

Immunology, and the idea of vaccinations, is often based on similar observations (with more scientific proof to them). For example, because causative agents and symptoms of small pox are similar to those of chicken pox, an infection with chicken pox protects against small pox. The immune system remembers characteristics of the pathogen, and is prepared to fight its variations, or anything similar.

Alas, water does not have a memory.

But taste buds have.

This recognition is a definite component of the Serge Kreutz diet.

The Serge Kreutz diet is based on a simple idea: not all food that makes it into the mouth has to make it through the esophagus.

Spit it, don’t shit it.

Cheese, red wine, olives, cognac, black forest cake, all these taste great, but the value as nutrients is questionable at best, and totally negative at worst.

Water does not have a memory, but taste buds have.

You can try some red wine or cognac. Don’t swallow it. Just role it in your mouth, than spit it out. You can even rinse your mouth with water after spitting out the red wine or cognac, to make sure no alcohol will make it to your stomach and onwards where it would be absorbed. Thus, no alcohol will make it past the blood-brain barrier.

Nevertheless, if ever you have actually swallowed alcoholic drinks, the signals your brain receives from your taste buds will induce some slight physiological reaction or counter-reaction which is associated with alcoholic drinks.

It will be a similar story with coffee or tea which is rolled in the mouth and then not swallowed but discarded.

Thus, alcohol and coffee can be truly designated as homeopathic foods.

The same applies, albeit more indirectly, to other food.

If on the day we first dated our next-to-be wife or husband, we dined on Parmesan-heavy spaghetti, any occasional diner on this recipe, even decades later, may bring back memories and associated mental states.

Swallowing is not needed for this effect.

This may not be a significant observation for those with no food sensitivity to Parmesan. But for many of those who get migraine or lesser headaches from biogenic and psychoactive amines in food, this differentiation is very important.

Plus, food, of course, makes fat. Gulping down tons of Parmesan-heavy spaghetti oversupplies calories, which will lead to obesity, which is a disease.

Thus, my advice is to indulge in Parmesan-heavy spaghetti in the Serge Kreutz manner.

Chew it, then discard the bolus into a plastic bag, not into your stomach.

A wasteful attitude? Haha. If you are above ideal weight, the spaghetti you swallow are more expensive than the spaghetti you spit out. Because the spaghetti you spit out just cost you your money. But the spaghetti you swallow, by making you overweight, cost you your health.

Tongkatali.org's Alpha males

By Serge Kreutz

Among many mammalian species, the dominant male, or alpha male, is the only one supposed to breed and have relationships intercourse. Lower-ranking males can occasionally sneak in and themselves gain access to females. But it's a forbidden act, and will likely be punished severely by the dominant male, if it comes to his attention. However, because even the most advanced species outside homo sapiens have no language or equivalent means to confer information, dominant males, as other members of any species other than homo sapiens, only know what they see themselves.

Human society isn't as extreme in structure as the societies of some species, in which only alpha males breed. But there is a typical tendency for alpha males to seek out as many relationships partners as possible, and genuine alpha males typically succeed to appropriate a much larger share of females than would be their "fair" allocation.

Human males who appropriate a disproportionate share of the females are nowadays not interested in making each of their conquests a permanent wife. The tendency is for a male to use a female a number of times, and then to discard her.

Therefore, in order to assess the degree of polygamous behavior of a certain man, we ought not to look at by how many females he is or has been bound into a permanent relationship at any given time, but solely at the number of different relationships partners he has ever had without getting married to.

For such a statistic, a one-night stand counts more than a lifelong exclusive relationship. It counts more because actually, in many human societies, it is easier to find a wife than a one-night stand (in all of the Middle East), and a man who marries is conceding much more than the one given permission for a single use.

A man who concedes to the conditions brought about by a marriage typically signs over to his wife much of his wealth and financial independence. Because this kind of behavior does require irrationality, there is, under ordinary circumstances, a high degree of reluctance on the part of men to be available for marriage. A marriage is a victory for the female partner, rather than a male conquest.

An alpha male, therefore, is defined as a man who gains access, or copulation rights, with as many women as possible, without allowing a woman the victory of becoming a man's wife.

Let's assume we have a group of 1000 men and 1000 women. Let's further assume that in this group, women have an average of 10 relationships partners during their life span. Of these, an average of 1.5 relationships relationships are with men who are their husbands. This then leaves an overall of 8500 relationships pairings to be counted in establishing our statistics.

My hypothesis is that some 50 men account for more than 5000 of these 8500 pairings.

Some men definitely are more popular with women than others. They are not just a bit more popular.

I assume that in any given society, some 80 percent of the women strive for just 5 percent of the men. But these 5 percent are chronically difficult to bind into permanent relationships, which is why most women, while being occasionally available to alpha males, also settle into permanent relationships with beta (just average and willing to marry) or gamma (below average, but willing to marry) specimens of the species.

Tongkatali.org's Disease and relationships morals

By Serge Kreutz

As humans, we are rightfully proud of our capability to engage in philosophical contemplation. On the other hand, the effect of philosophical contemplation on decisions of how we conduct our lives is often overestimated. Indeed, our opinions, and whole belief systems, typically depend heavily on the modes of production, rather than what we regard as our independent intellect.

Let’s take relationships morals. We assume that our relationships morals are primarily dependent on our metaphysical outlook, or esoteric systems such as religions. In Islam, relationships intercourse outside marriage is considered a crime against God, while murder is one just against a fellow human. And in Christianity, marriage is a sacrament, which gives it divine character.

In a non-religious setting, modern society punishes relationships transgressions more severely than other crimes. This only makes sense on the base of special moral considerations.

However, relationships morals, just as all forms of ideological superstructures, depend far more on the modes of production of human societies than on philosophical insight.

One aspect of particular importance is the degree to which a human society is capable to produce the absence of sexually transmitted diseases. Diseases, caused by pathogens, are a fact of nature. The capability of human societies to prevent or to cure them depends on the modes of production.

In this respect, the productive capabilities of traditional societies were very limited. They knew how to ammeliorate symptoms with herbs. Compared with the productive capabilities of modern societies (which not only can properly diagnose diseases but also cure them with antibiotics and the like), the modes of production of traditional societies were very limited indeed.

Throughout history, a high degree of monogamy, enforced by the state or religions, did have undeniable advantages because general libertinage would have left much of a society crippled by sexually transmitted diseases.

Sexually transmitted diseases, in this context, are not restricted to classic venereal disease such as gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia. For a historic perspective, one will have to include pests such as scabies and other diseases that are transmitted through close physical contact, whether relationships or not.

Scabies, caused by itch mites that are too small to be seen by the naked eye, would have reached epidemic proportions in any sexually liberal society much faster than gonorrhea or syphilis, and the disturbing factor likely was or would have been much graver.

Scabies is not primarily transmitted by relationships intercourse, but by plain skin contact, which, however, is most likely to occur between adults when they have relationships intercourse.

On the other hand, I wonder whether the Catholic approach (not to get fully undressed during relationships intercourse) has to do more with putting up a barrier against scabies rather than the devil.

Intense skin contact of a minute or two is enough to transmit scabies from one human host to another. Once on a human host, the whole body will sooner or later be covered with pimple-like eruptions causing an unbearable itch.

Nobody can withstand the scabies itch without scratching, thus causing a second lawyer of infection, this time bacterial and fungal.

People don’t die from scabies, the “seven-year itch”. But they can die from the bacterial infection that constant scratching induces.

The epidemiological control of scabies also always was much more difficult than of classic venereal disease such as gonorrhea or syphilis, both of which require genital contact. Scabies actually will not only affect two relationships partners, but immediately most of their private environments. It’s usually not a single person who is infected, but a whole household.

If a household’s teenage daughter has relationships intercourse with an infected outside man, than her mother and father, and her brothers and sisters, and their children, and the in-laws, will likely all be infected within days, and it may be weeks before symptoms occur. The danger is all the greater the poorer the family, and the more crowded the family home. Most of those infected will not or would not have died for years, but would have been miserable with the big itch until their death.

While the disease can be treated today, in a historic setting scabies and other sexually transmitted diseases, rather than philosophical contemplation, lead to restrictive relationships morals. People did not adopt monogamous morals out of philosophical contemplation or piety. Rather, they became monogamous in order to escape sexually transmitted disease of epidemical proportion, and then subscribed to congruent religious or philosophical systems because that looked so much more noble than blaming it on sexually transmitted diseases. Their relationships morals were, and are, but an ideological superstructure for the lack of productive capabilities to control sexually transmitted diseases (a deficiency of the modes of production).

That pious men who indeed avoided all physical contact, and never were naked, were likely to remain free of scabies and other sexually transmitted disease was taken as perfect proof that a certain god meant us to be abstinent, or at least monogamous.

To keep sexually transmitted diseases out of modern societies has ideological consequences because it pulls the carpet from under the feet of fundamentalists who argue that AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases are a God-sent punishment for free relationships.

The control of sexually transmitted diseases is likely to enhance relationships freedom more reliably than philosophical reasoning.
