Sumatra Pasak Bumi's tongkat ali nutmeg formula is a definite aphrodisiac

By Serge Kreutz

Sumatra Pasak Bumi sells formulas of tongkat ali / nutmeg and butea superba / nutmeg.

As of this time, these formulas are available only as capsules. We have opted for this limitation because nutmeg can clearly be overdosed, and while such overdoses are usually not life-threatening, they can be very uncomfortable indeed.

That said, nutmeg in civilized quantities of less than 1 gram per day, especially when used in a herbal stack with tongkat ali, butea superba, mucuna pruriens, and krachai dam, has clear aphrodisiac qualities.

Nutmeg is mildly euphoric, which results from the chemical similarity of some of its ingredients with the street drug ecstasy.

Nutmeg, in civilized quantities of less than 1 gram, also feels a bit like speed or meth in that it gives users a sense of "let's get it on".

However, increasing dosages of nutmeg to 5 or 10 grams (a definite overdose), won't produce a kick like ecstasy or meth because uncomfortable components will take over: nausea, dizziness, even hallucinations.

Because of these usually negative effects, authorities do not classify nutmeg as a drug with much abuse potential. Luckily so.

Nutmeg in civilized dosages also has some similarities to yohimbe, the herbal, or yohimbine, the pharmaceutical. Nutmeg in civilized dosages is agitating in a manner that resembles yohimbe, and in moments of excitement it can send warm shivers up and down the spinal cord that can be produced by yohimbe.

These shivers are similar to orgasmic sensations, but they occur in an excitement buildup phase more than during orgasm which is a sudden excitement drop. With yohimbe, the intensity of the orgasmic drop becomes impeded. Nutmeg in civilized dosages will not lower the intensity of the orgasmic drop, particularly when comsumed together with tongkat ali.

Nutmeg is a classic case for why relationships enhancement herbals MUST be stacked for optimal effect.

Large doses of single relationships enhancement herbals will cause unwanted side-effects in many users, and they will do so in an unpredictable pattern.

Worst for side effects of large dosages is nutmeg. Next in line for side effects of overdoses would be mucuna pruriens. Yohimbe also has miserable side effects in many users.

For yohimbe, these side effects are less dose dependent than for nutmeg and mucuna pruriens.

If nutmeg is added to a relationships enhancement stack based on tongkat ali, there usually are only positive aphrodisiac effects. But with yohimbe, unpleasant side effects like sleep disturbances set in at any quantity, however minimal.

Nutmeg is a classic case of why relationships enhancement herbals MUST be stacked. Because, for a stronger nutmeg effect, you should not consume more nutmeg. Instead, you support and enhance the nutmeg effect with tongkat ali, butea superba, krachai dam, fingerroot, tumeric, and small dosages of mucuna pruriens.

The broader your stack, the more likely you are to reap only benefits from nutmeg, tongkat ali, butea superba, tumeric, krachai dam, fenugreek, and ton krachai (boesenbergia rotunda).

Nutmeg is slightly different from the other items in the list because benefitial dosages are about ten times smaller for nutmeg than they are for tongkat ali, butea superba, krachai dam, fingerroot, fenugreek, tumeric, and mucuna pruriens extracts.

Because tolerable dosage of other herbals are measured in grams, up to 10 grams, and because for nutmeg they are measured in hundreds of milligrams, the nutmeg capsules we manufacture and distribute are 10 percent nutmeg, and 90 percent tongkat ali, butea superba, krachai dam, or fenugreek.

Tongkatali.org's Love drugs

By Serge Kreutz

Love drugs have occupied medical research before there has been the term “medical research“.

For hardly any medication were the rich and powerful throughout the ages as willing to spend substantial amounts of money as they were for drugs that were sold to them with the promise of returning virility or providing that extra prowess.

The world hasn’t changed. In proportion to production costs and considering that it’s a mass-market product, sildenafil citrate was, when it was introduced, an expensive medication indeed.

And rightly so. The incapacity to have a satisfying relationships life is such a tremendous loss of quality of life that a good number of men would chose the leg if given the option to either loose a leg or that organ which rightfully is called vital.

There are hundreds of substances, both herbal and synthetic, which can ruin a man’s capability to have an erection. And there are only a few substances that actually enhance male relationships function and could treat impotence.

However, male sexuality is comprised of two components: relationships plumbing (vascular issues), and relationships wiring (the involvement the brain).

The two functions are distinct, and in a way contrary to each other. There are a good number of substances that are good for the one, and bad for the other aspect of sexuality. Cocaine can enhance relationships desire, while at the same time obstructing penile function by shrinking the organ.

Pfizer’s Blue, on the other hand, is good for erections, but if one ingests more than one needs, it will weaken orgasm and cause headaches. Men in which synthetic phosphodiesterase inhibitors cause headaches, and weak orgasms, can try Kaempferia parviflora, which is a herbal that has been shown in scientific studies to inhibit phosphodiesterase in a more subtle manner, compared to Pfizer’s Blue.

Very few substances are good for both, erections and libido. Yohimbe, the bark, or yohimbine, the active ingredient, which has been extracted and is sold as pharmaceutical, facilitate erections by blocking adrenaline from abdominal and pelvic receptors, and enhance libido by increasing adrenaline effect on the brain.

However, there is no question that the side effects of yohimbe and yohimbine are a serious deterrent. The adrenaline blocked from the abdominal and pelvic areas also causes heart palpitations and sleeplessness, and both events are not supportive of general health.

While the discovery of the use phosphodiesterase inhibitors for erectile function has been a definite achievement, the bigger challenge is to develop a medication that can enhance libido. The impact that such a medication could have on the behavioral patterns of young and aging men around the world is substantial.

There are basically two pathways for the enhancement of libido: a hormonal route via testosterone and a neurotransmitter route via dopamine. While the outright application of testosterone may have a clear anabolic effect, exogenous testosterone has the potential to lower both libido and fertility in men, not just to raise it. What effect it will have will depend on baseline values, set points, and dosages.

A more promising route is to support the body’s own testosterone synthesis with tongkat ali or butea superba, two Southeast Asian herbals.

Tongkatali.org - Emotions are just biochemistry

By Serge Kreutz

That goes for orgasms and libido, just as it goes for happiness and sadness, love and pain, and all stages of awareness. It’s all very chemical, with hormones and neurotransmitters the main players. Sensual input and emotional output are an overlay, through which neurobiochemistry communicates with the outside world.

It’s in our genetic constellation that certain biochemical states appear pleasant and others don’t. There is a wide range of variation, as some people even consider certain manifestations of pain, including suffocation, as erotic, and others have a very limited capacity for love.

There are, in principle, two methods by which we can interfere with our brain chemistry.

Either pharmacologically, via the supply of chemicals, or non-pharmacologically.

Good non-pharmacological methods are many forms of sexual activity, other pleasurable endeavors, from food to music, thrills like skiing or rock climbing, physical exhaustion by running or biking, or hypnosis and meditation. The purpose of all the above is the endogenous release of neurochemicals that make us feel good.

On the other side of the strata are chemicals that directly induce positive feelings, of which opiates are the best example. On the right opiates, one feels good whatever one’s actual condition. Philosophically, opiates are one of the greatest achievements of mankind, as they allow us to engineer a gentle death.

And then, there is a wide range of possible pharmaceutical interferences with our existence that do not make us feel good directly but enhance our natural potential to feel good. Sildenafil citrate, tongkat ali, marijuana, yohimbe, and dopaminergics, even though they are very different one from the other, all are used because they enhance our potential to feel good on the sexual route. Testosterone and tongkat ali have effects on the male physique, and can make users feel better when looking into a mirror.

That governments regulate some of these substances has nothing to do with how useful they are for the individual. It’s also not that governments prohibit substances out of concern for the health of their citizens. If that were the case, alcohol would have been banned long ago. Substances are banned for a complex constellation of ideas on the part of those who have the power to decide, and many of the ideas are simply false.

The bottom line is: that some substances make us feel good by intervention with brain chemistry speaks in their favor, not against them.

Tongkatali.org - Black ginger is an amazing herb

By Serge Kreutz

Black ginger is an amazing herb. It has so many health benefits. It's protective against diabetes and obesity, it's a true aphrodisiac, making relationships much better. And it even can revert cognitive impairment (dementia).

This is all scientifically proven. Just check the Medline database of the National Institutes of Health of the US government. There you can find many scientific studies. But you will have to use the scientific Latin name for searching Medline. The scientific name of the plant is Kaempferia parviflora.

This plant has so many names. It is also called black galingale or galangale. And then there is the name krachai dam. That is the official transcription of the Thai characters. But in English, krachai dam is also spelled krachai dum, or kra chai dam, or grachai dam or dum. The names of this plant are really quite confusing. We stick mostly to black ginger.

Most of the benefits of black ginger are related to the plant's content of phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Yeah, phosphodiesterase inhibitors. That's the stuff medications for erectile dysfunction are made of.

Phosphodiesterase inhibitors stop phosphodiesterase from breaking down cGMP and cAMP. The last two prevent the constriction of blood vessels.

There are so many diseases in modern humans that are all related to the constriction of blood vessels: high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, erectile dysfunction, diabetes, and even premature aging.

Keep the blood flowing! This is an essential physiological function. And this is where black ginger is of help. Consume it generously, every day of the year. Make it a tea. Add it to coffee. Put it in any sauce. Even to backed sweets. While the flavor of black ginger isn't as strong as that of yellow ginger, it never destroys the flavor of the dish where you add it. Using 100 grams per day in various forms won't have ill effects.

And if you are involved in competitive sports, you have an extra reason to use black ginger. Numerous studies have shown that it increases physical strength and endurance. Check Medline.

The plant is always used in camps of Thai kick boxers. Obviously, more blood flow to muscles increases strength. And the plant has even been named scientifically for this application, the use in kick boxing. Kaempfer is the German word for fighter, and kaempferia is the Latinized version. So, in common language, Kaempferia parviflora is just Fighter's parviflora.

Keep the blood flowing! What we mean is: inside your blood vessels. Not: from the wounds of your enemies.

Keep the blood flowing inside your arteries and veins. For a better oxygen supply to your muscles and heart, and, of course, for better erections.

Tongkatali.org's integrated male relationships success

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkatali.org provides an integrated service for male success, with a focus on East and Southeast Asia. Male success has a lot to do with male sexual success. Tongkatali.org sells sexuality-enhancing herbals with a proven scientific track record. This is our core operation.

But apart from that, Tongkatali.org is dedicated to the sexual success of our customers on a much wider scope.

Tongkatali.org, for example, offers consultation to customers on dental work and cosmetic surgery in Southeast Asia. This service is free for our customers, and can save them a lot of money and protect them from some bad experiences as well.

We often refer to our customers as members. For more than a decade, we have run formal memberships via sergekreutz.com. There were sexual function memberships and sexual opportunities memberships, both priced separately at 250 US dollars each. We have discontinued these, because there simply are too many phony consultation services around which use the same language.

As it stands now, anything related to information is free for members of Tongkatali.org (membership is automatic for those with an order history of 1000 US dollars or more for tangible items, mostly sexuality-enhancing herbals.

Some men are in lifelong exclusive sexual relationships. We respect and congratulate customers to whom this applies.

Most men are not made of such timber. Most men, and a large number of our members, have a profound interest in sexual variety.

For these men, if they are Westerners, East Asia has a lot to offer. Not only is the East Asian approach to physical relationships much more down-to-earth and open to negotiations. The age of men is also of much less relevance, if of any.

Tongkatali.org and Serge Kreutz started out in the early 1980s (around 40 years ago!) with travel guides on Southeast Asia. Unlike standard travel guides, these travel guides already did cover physical relationships. Travel guides nowadays never touch this topic.

Little has changed in Asia in 40 years. Of course, there are better roads, and now there is Internet. And immigration has become more complicated. But the mentality of the people up-country has changed amazingly little.

For members, Tongkatali.org provides free lifestyle advice, tailored for Western men considering moving to East Asia to achieve better physical relationships.

There is more. Tongkatali.org also trades domain names, and our members can rent unique motorhomes designed for Southeast Asian weather and infrastructure. These motorhomes are suited for couples or families going for extended holidays in Southeast Asia, and also for unattached men roaming isolated areas for physical adventures. Mind you: in Asia, the further away you get from modern, urban centers, the better your relationships will be.

Talk to us.!

Yohimbe Fuel

By Serge Kreutz

If ever possible, try to use pharmaceutical yohimbine rather than yohimbe bark. It's not just that you can clearly dose with pharmaceutical yohimbine. Yohimbe bark also contains a number of other alkaloids, apart from yohimbine, and these other alkaloids account for some of the possible irritating side effects, such as headache.

Most of what you can buy as yohimbe capsules unfortunately seems to contain many of the other alkaloids but very little yohimbine.

For that reason, if you cannot get hold of pure pharmaceutical yohimbine, at least buy reconstituted yohimbe. A common yohimbe product that has been reconstituted is Twinlab's Yohimbe Fuel.

Each capsule of Yohimbe Fuel contains: Yohimbe Bark Extract 400 mg, with 8 mg of yohimbine, Calcium 40 mg, Phosphorous 32 mg

Please note that it is comparatively easy to reconstitute yohimbe for a standardized amount of yohimbine because it's exact molecular structure is known, and isolating it with reagents is so simple that an industrial process for producing it exists since the 19th century.

There are no industrial processes to isolate active ingredients of tongkat ali, butea superba, and kaempferia parviflora as of yet, and claims for standardization of active ingredients of these plants are all fraudulent.

Tongkatali.org's Freedom housing

By Serge Kreutz

We are all fascinated by freedom, and freedom is the most valuable good in a person's life.

That is why we start dreaming when we read about men who walk the world on foot or ride it on a bicycle, equipped with just a tent.

They forgo a lot of comfort, but they have freedom.

We are one step up. Our concept provides sufficient comfort to at least sleep well in one's own bed in addition to freedom.

To sleep well, you need a room, not a tent. The room does not have to be big, but it has to shelter from cold, heat, and animals including mosquitoes. It also has to shelter from thieves, and it has to afford enough privacy. And there must be basic facilities for personal hygiene. Walking the world with a tent is romantic, but having to find a place in the countryside where to relieve oneself is not.
